Rural Finance Program @ Ohio State University
In light of this week’s topic, microfinancing, I thought this program and curriculum was particularly interesting.  I don’t think that the Ivory Tower is the be-all, end-all of all knowledge or action; it is just one location for learning.  But, because I have an immense amount of privilege in the fact that I can access higher education, I feel an immense responsibility to share my knowledge and experience with others…hence “praxis.”  I like that this program at Ohio State serves to focus on one of the many challenges we face.
